As a final project for this course, my colleagues and I worked on a real project which was how to increase the number of participants in a vocational training center. We as a team, spent a great number of hours configuring how to approach new participants. For that, we used ARCS model approach (attention, Relevance, Confidence and Satisfaction). 

Our target population for this project is the high school students. We decided to design a workshop which could be held both in the center or in the high schools. For this reason, we have designed a Workshop Roadmap Template, a hands-on Activity Template, a Sample Hands-on Activity (A crystal Radio), a Participant's Guide and an Instructors Guide.
