During many years working with different telecommunication center in Canada and elsewhere, I always think of many problems agents face while working in a high pressure environment. 

although big companies has tried to fix this problem during years and agents in big companies felt more at ease, but still they are facing stress and instability in their work environment. 

therefore due to my own experience and talking to some current agents with companies, I designed the following Human Performance Campaign to overcome problems agents face to help them increase their productivity rate a decrease companies customer loss.
